Villa Les Lataniers, also known as LAT, is a stunning 6 + 1-bedroom villa located in Anse des Lezards, perched just above the Anse des Lezards Bay. This large colonial-style estate enjoys panoramic views of the bay and hillsides and includes breath-taking interior artwork and memorabilia from around the world.

The villa comes with a well-equipped, modern kitchen with a wood pizza oven, a luxurious air-conditioned main room with ample seating, a master bedroom with a king-size bed, U.S. satellite TV and a private terrace with a Jacuzzi, and four more bedrooms downstairs, each with an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower. A deck with a small bar, loungers and an infinity pool, plus a pool house with a shower, complete the picture. The villa also comes with ceiling fans, gas grill, fitness equipment, iPod docking stations, satellite TV, a wine cooler, and WiFi.

Villa Les Lataniers, or LAT, comes with house cleaning services six days a week and has a 7 night minimum stay high/low seasons. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
